When was the last time you told your parents you love them?
When was the last time you told your grandparents you love them?
When was the last time you told your children you love them?
When was the last time you told your aunts and uncles you love them?
When was the last time you told your chosen family you love them?
When was the last time you told your friends you love them?
When was the last time you told the people you love that you love them?

How often do you tell the people you love that you love them?

I don’t believe you can say “I love you” too much. Telling the people you love that you love them often doesn’t diminish the specialness and sacredness of it. In the same way, treating life as a Ceremony doesn’t take away from the sacredness of a Ceremony. It reminds us of the love and sacredness that exists in the present moment. It reminds us that love and Ceremony are not separate from us and our daily lives.
