Hello, sweet friends! I’ll be offering a virtual Summer Gathering on Wednesday, June 25, at 6:30 pm PST. Please scroll below to put your name and email down to sign up!

If you’re new to the Life as Ceremony community here on Substack, welcome! Every season, I offer a virtual gathering for invested subscribers. The Seasonal Gatherings are one-hour sessions that include journaling, reflection, sharing, and sometimes storytelling, as well as a guided yoga nidra meditation. If you can’t attend live, no problem! I will share the recording afterward, and it will be available for seven days. All you have to do is register by clicking the button at the bottom of this post.

As the spring season comes to a close and summer begins, it’s important to check in on the seeds we've planted so we can nourish them. Personally, I felt like I was swept up in summer energy on June 1st and abandoned some of the seeds I had planted in the spring. Oppsie! I’ll share more about this at the Summer Gathering next week. My point is, if you forgot about the seeds you planted in the Spring, don’t worry about it. What’s most important is that we return to them and check in on them.

Yoga Nidra Meditation & Journaling

• All you need is your journal, comfy clothes, and maybe a warm, soothing drink if you’d like! Feel free to light a candle as well.
